WEATHER & PLAN

Check the weather and your plans together

Home shows the weather and your next event. Today shows today's plans and errands. Check the forecast and your schedule before getting ready to head out.

DAILY BUDGET

Your daily budget through month-end

Expenses and scheduled payments are deducted from your budget, then the remainder is divided by the days left, including today. The new board shows a daily estimate through the end of the month.

QUICK RECORD

Quickly record expenses and scheduled payments

In Advanced mode, record a recent expense again with one tap. When you return from a payment app, you can record just the amount on the spot.

AI PLANNING

Plan your day with AI

In Advanced mode, choose the information to include and create a prompt on your device. Review the full text before taking it to Gemini or ChatGPT. You can also select suggested events from the response and add them to your plans.

LOCAL FIRST

No sign-up or account linking

Your budget and plans are saved in the browser you use. Kurashi OS does not read bank or card transactions, so you can keep records at your own pace.

MONTH END

See your daily budget through the end of the month

Your recorded expenses and upcoming payments, such as rent and bills, are deducted from your monthly budget first. The remainder is divided by the days left this month, including today, to show a daily estimate. Each time you record an expense, the estimate is recalculated from the remaining amount.

The idea behind Kurashi OS

You don't have to track everything.

Kurashi Board has a new name and design: Kurashi OS. It is not built to manage every detail of your budget, weather, and plans. Its focus is simple: open it and see what your day looks like.

  • 01Less switching back and forth between apps
  • 02No scores or lectures to rush your day
  • 03Easy to use with one hand on your phone

FAQ

Before you get started

Answers about sign-up, account connections, and data storage.
What can I do with Kurashi OS?

See today's weather and plans, expenses, upcoming payments, and your daily budget through month-end on one screen. You can also ask Gemini or ChatGPT about information you select, or add suggested events from an AI response.

Do I need to sign up or log in?

No. Open the page, set your weather location and monthly budget, and you can get started.

Does it connect to bank accounts or credit cards?

No. Expenses are entered manually. You can show launch buttons for up to two supported apps: Apple Wallet (iPhone and iPad only), PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d Payment, and au PAY. Kurashi OS does not read their balances or payment histories.

Where are my budget and plans saved?

They are saved in the browser you use. AI prompts are also created on your device and are not sent automatically. Only when you choose to ask directly is a prompt, using approximate and anonymized versions of your saved data, sent to Google through the Kurashi OS server. Anything you type or edit is sent as written, so do not include names, addresses, or secrets. See the privacy page for details.

Does the AI feature send my budget or plans without asking?

No. You choose which information to include and can review the full prompt. With copy or share, it is sent only when you send it in the destination app. With the direct option, it is sent only after you agree to the confirmations and press the button.

Can I use it like an app on iPhone or Android?

Yes. Use Safari's Share menu on iPhone or Chrome's menu on Android and choose Add to Home Screen or Install app. You can then open it directly from your home screen. There is no need to install it from an app store.

Can events sync automatically with my device's calendar?

Events in the app do not sync automatically. From Settings, you can add a recurring event file to your device's calendar as a reminder to open Kurashi OS each morning. The steps vary by device and calendar app.

Can I move my data to a new device?

Use Backup in Settings to save your data, then restore it on your new device. Keep the backup file somewhere safe.
