Budgeting without linking accounts
Recorded expenses and upcoming payments are deducted from your monthly budget. The remainder is divided by the days left this month, including today, to give you a daily estimate.

Example
($600.00 − $100.00 − $80.00) ÷ 15 days = $28.00
Record a lunch costing $8.00, and $412.00 remains. Dividing by 15 days gives a daily estimate of $27.46. The estimate updates after each expense, rounded down to whole yen or cents.
Choose Paid on a scheduled payment to move it to expenses without deducting the same amount twice. Unpaid items from previous months are also included in this month's calculation. The daily budget calculator lets you try this by entering the amount remaining after expenses and the number of days yourself.
Easy to keep using
Start using it without creating an account. It does not read your bank or card statements.
You do not have to record everything perfectly. Start with what you need for today's decisions, and keep records at your own pace.
Upcoming payments, such as rent and bills, are deducted before your daily budget through month-end is calculated.
How to use
Include expenses already recorded and upcoming payments. If you start mid-month with $500.00 remaining and $100.00 already spent, enter $600.00 as your monthly budget.
Keep what you have spent separate from what you still need to pay.
The number updates as you record spending, showing your pace through month-end.
When it can help
Use it when you want to avoid linking accounts, try budgeting without signing up, or check your spending pace through month-end.
Automatic transaction imports, receipt scanning, and real-time family sharing are not supported. Unrecorded expenses are not deducted automatically, so adjust Monthly budget and your expense records from time to time to reflect your actual situation.
Why it works this way
Budgeting apps that connect to bank accounts and cards can be helpful when you want a detailed picture of all your finances. But setting up connections and categorizing transactions can also feel like a lot of work.
Kurashi OS leaves accounts unlinked so you can enter just the amounts you need and quickly check your spending pace from today through month-end.
